Lyda Thao

Lyda Thao, LCSW, is a skilled mental health professional with a diverse background in social work and education. From September 2019 to June 2020, Lyda served as an Administrative Assistant at Harvest Church of Madison. Prior experience includes a Social Work Internship at Badger Prairie Health Care Center from September 2018 to May 2019 and a role as Lead Teacher at Little Chicks Learning Academy from May 2017 to August 2018. Since September 2019, Lyda has been actively working at Journey Mental Health Center as a Child & Family Mental Health Therapist, Child and Family Clinician, and Master’s Intern. Early career experience includes positions as Student Help and Research Assistant at the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center from October 2013 to September 2016.
