Nick Adams

Nick Adams is the current Senior Vice President of Sales & BD at Journey. Nick has also held the position of Senior Vice President Of Global Sales, Support, and Customer Success at Acquire from March 2022 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Financial Services Vertical at Twilio Inc. from April 2021 to March 2022.

Adams began their journey with CaféX Communications in July 2014 as the Chief Revenue Officer & Executive Vice President- Field Operations. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of sales, revenue, customer delivery, and non-R&D business management, including all direct and channel operations. Under their leadership, CaféX successfully grew from a start-up into an award-winning global leader in video collaboration with an extensive network of OEM relationships and channel resale.

Some notable accomplishments during their time at CaféX include securing multiple funding rounds from institutional investors such as USAA Ventures, Intel Capital, Teletech, and Rakuten; building and operating start-up OEM relationships with Aspect, Avaya, Cisco, and Microsoft; and leading M&A efforts through acquisitions, IP sales, and exclusive licensing agreements.

Nick Adams has a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
