Taylor Bartlett

Taylor Bartlett started their work experience in 2013 as a Hardware Repair Lead at the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2014, they co-founded mFactor Engineering, Inc., where they focused on integrating data-driven intelligence into manufacturing operations. They held various roles at mFactor until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer at The Spiga Group. In 2018, Taylor joined Journey as a Lead Software Engineer and later progressed to the role of Principal Engineer & Development Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engineering at Journey.

Taylor Bartlett graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2015 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In May 2013, they received a certification in Apple Computer Repair from Apple, and in the same month and year, they also obtained a certification in Dell Computer Repair from Dell. Most recently, in July 2019, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
