Gerdus (Gus) B. has worked in various roles since 1997. Gerdus (Gus) began their career at Bentley Systems as the General Manager, where they managed the local sales channel and presented 3D Computer-Aided Design software at trade shows. Gerdus (Gus) then moved to Dimension Data in 1999 as a Sales Executive Integration Solutions, where they were responsible for the first sales of Software AG Integration Software in the country. In 2002, they joined Software Futures as the General Manager Financial Services Division, and was awarded Employee and Salesperson of the Year in 2004. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at FireID as the Director of Channel Sales EMEA, where they headed and managed the EU Sales Channel. Gerdus (Gus) then moved to mytcg Technologies as the Chief Executive Officer, where they were responsible for spearheading numerous facets of the startup. Finally, they joined ONE ONE Infinity Rewards Pty Ltd in 2006, where they held the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In 2013, they joined JourneyApps as the Executive Vice President Business Development, where they were responsible for sales growth, Customer Success, and the JourneyApps Implementation Partner Channel.

Gerdus (Gus) B. has a diverse education history. In 2021, they completed the Customer Experience Professional Certificate Program at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in the field of Customer Service Management. Gerdus (Gus) also completed a Level 1 Referee certification from World Rugby in the field of Sports Studies. In 2020 and 2021, they completed coursework from The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology in the field of Life Coaching. In 2018, they completed a Level 200 Coach certification from USA Rugby in the field of Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. Gerdus (Gus) also has experience with Cape Peninsula University of Technology in the field of Achitecture.
