Brittany Smith

Brittany Smith is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in implementing and managing Marketing Cloud platforms across various industries, including finance and government. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at JourneyBlazers since August 2022, Brittany leads the transition from legacy marketing automation systems to Marketing Cloud and oversees the development of comprehensive marketing email journeys and automation builds. Prior to this role, Brittany spent over five years at Align Technology, progressing from Conversion Specialist to Associate Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Marketing Cloud technology stack and collaborating on system efficiencies. Additional experience includes sales and operational roles at Citrix and NC State Bookstore. Brittany holds a degree in Business and Marketing Education from North Carolina State University.
