Bishnu Adhikari has extensive experience in education and employment support, currently serving as an Employment Specialist at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. since July 2012. In this role, Bishnu works with clients new to the country, assisting them in adapting to different work ethics, creating resumes, and providing training for job readiness. Prior to this position, Bishnu worked at CARITAS NEPAL from April 1992 to December 2009 as a teacher, special needs support teacher, and in-school resource teacher, where responsibilities included teaching English to students in grades 4 to 10 and mentoring newly appointed teachers on lesson planning and instructional strategies.
