Erin Hanratty is an experienced professional in the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Employment Program Manager and formerly as the Employment Program Assistant at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. since March 2022. In June 2023, Erin took on the role of Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator at Friends Of Night People, Inc., following a tenure at the Community Action Organization of Western New York as a CED CARES Act Case Worker and in Youth Services from August 2019 to March 2022. Erin also contributed as a Youth Mentor at the New York State Summer School of the Arts (NYSSSA) in July 2020, where the focus was on developing community-building initiatives during the pandemic. Further experience includes serving as Head Resident Life Staff at NYSSSA from July 2018 to August 2019 and completing an internship at Buffalo Inner City Ballet in April 2015. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a high school diploma from Buffalo Seminary, with a background in dance from NYSSSA.
