Madison McEwen is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community engagement and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Program Associate at the UB Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, Madison previously held the role of Community Sponsorship Program Manager at Journey's End Refugee Services, where responsibilities included the development of training procedures and community outreach initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as a Community Organizer at Justice for Migrant Families of WNY, where advocacy for immigration policy was a key focus, and as an International Exchanges & Education Coordinator at the International Institute of Buffalo, enhancing global education programs. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University at Buffalo. Throughout various roles, a strong commitment to social justice and community support has consistently been evident.
