Natalie Edmister (Ennis) has extensive experience in operations and case management within the refugee and health services sectors. Since December 2021, Natalie has been serving as Operations Manager (Resettlement) at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc., building upon previous roles as Transitional Case Manager and Case Manager in the Resettlement Department. Prior to this, Natalie worked at BestSelf Behavioral Health as a Care Manager II of Children's Health Home, and at Jewish Family Service of Buffalo & Erie County as a Spanish-speaking Care Manager for children with chronic conditions. Earlier career roles include a Client Service Representative in French at ABC-Amega and various positions at Valu Home Centers and Daemen College. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Spanish, French, Global Affairs, and Global Community Development from Daemen University.
