David Bratcher possesses extensive experience in education and support coordination, currently serving as an Individual Support Coordinator at COMPASS COORDINATION, INC. since June 2019, while also working as a Direct Support Professional at Journeys in Community Living since May 2013. David's background includes diverse teaching roles, with experience as a Special Education Educational Assistant at Smyrna Elementary School and various teaching positions in music and special education. David also held management and instructional roles at Schmitt Music, contributing to music education and instrument sales. Additionally, David has a solid foundation in compliance from a previous position at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from The University of Memphis, along with post-graduate work in Music Performance at the University of Minnesota.
