Kalani Needham

Kalani Needham is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and sales leadership. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at JourneyTeam since January 2025, Kalani focuses on technological innovation and client-centric solutions. Previously, as Director of Sales at Spirent Federal Systems from December 2010 to January 2025, Kalani demonstrated expertise in translating complex technical concepts into value propositions, driving significant revenue growth. Earlier roles include Director of Sales at Southwest Communications, where channel partner performance was enhanced, and as Utah Indirect Sales Manager at Integra Telecom, where the Integra Elite Partner Program was successfully launched.
