Jove Group is a family-owned company with more than 50 years of history, established as a European manufacturer with a strong international presence in over 65 countries.

The Group is composed of FJ and HTS, two highly specialized companies with their own identities, operating independently within their respective sectors and markets while sharing the same vision, values, and long-term strategic approach.

FJ operates through three business lines: valve manufacturing, the design and manufacturing of hydraulic equipment, and the design and manufacturing of remote control systems for valves, all focused on highly demanding industrial environments.

HTS, on the other hand, manufactures sealing systems for cables and pipes requiring watertightness and fire resistance, acting as a passive safety system in critical environments.

Jove Group operates in highly demanding sectors such as naval, defense, offshore, data centers, and other industrial environments where reliability, safety, and performance are key factors.

The Group’s headquarters and main manufacturing plant are located in Santander, with commercial offices in Ferrol, Cádiz, and Madrid, as well as an international presence in countries such as Italy, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

The Group’s value proposition is built on quality, innovation, continuous improvement, and a long-term strategic vision, maintaining a way of working based on commitment and close relationships with its clients.
