Alex Chamoun

Alex Chamoun currently holds the position of Director of Sales - APAC at JoVE since December 2020. Prior to this, Alex served as General Manager HE & Global Telesales at Macmillan International Higher Education from September 2014 to October 2020, overseeing higher education operations in the ANZ region and managing global telesales. Previous roles include Sales Director - ANZ at Macmillan Science and Education, Business Development Director - APAC at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and General Manager Higher Education & Library Reference at Cengage Learning, where responsibilities included managing significant revenues and teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Alex also worked at Thomson Learning in various capacities, including General Manager - Thomson Education Direct and National Sales & Marketing Manager - Higher Education.
