Fabrizio G. Doccula, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience that includes roles in customer success and research. Fabrizio G. is currently serving as the Associate Director of Customer Success at JoVE, where they oversee customer success in the EMEA, LatAm, and Brazil regions. Prior to this role, they held positions as the Regional Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Specialist, focusing on Italy and the Netherlands. Fabrizio G. started their tenure at JoVE as a Customer Success Specialist in Italy.

Before joining JoVE, Fabrizio pursued a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Università degli Studi di Milano. Fabrizio G. completed their doctoral studies in 2019, during which time they also worked as an Undergraduate Trainee. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Visiting PhD Student at Montpellier SupAgro in 2017.

Fabrizio G. Doccula, Ph.D., completed their education in the field of Biological Sciences at the Università degli Studi di Milano. Fabrizio G. obtained their Bachelor's degree in 2013. Building upon this foundation, they pursued their Master's degree in Molecular Biology of the Cell from 2013 to 2015 at the same institution. Driven by their passion for research, they continued their studies and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Università degli Studi di Milano from 2015 to 2019.
