Thayna Rocha

Thayna Rocha has held various roles in the past ten years. In 2012, they began working as an Attendant in the Trainer Development Program at McDonald's. In 2014, they moved to Bob's as an Assistant Manager. Two years later, they joined Grupo Trigo as an Administrative Supervisor and Assistant Manager General. In 2019, they were promoted to Team Trainer, applying Design Thinking to solve franchisee demands and teaching Agile management of times and movements. In 2020, they began working for Uber and Cornershop by Uber, first as a Vehicle Driver and then as a Shopper responsible for purchasing from supermarkets, construction stores, stationery stores, and drugstores, as well as suggesting incremental sales, attending to expiry dates and states of conservation, and managing delivery logistics. Finally, in 2022, they joined Jovens Gênios as an Facilities Assistant.

Thayna Rocha is currently enrolled in the Universidade Veiga de Almeida, studying Engenharia de produção. Prior to this, they attended Colégio Mercário for their fundamental education and Sistema Elite de Ensino for their secondary education and military preparation.
