Viraj Shetty

Viraj Shetty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, customer experience design, and strategic program management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Operational Excellence and Chief of Staff to the CBO at Joveo since October 2022, Viraj has developed a comprehensive operational performance dashboard and leads cross-functional initiatives. Prior to this role, Viraj was Senior Director of Customer Experience Design & Strategy at Shadowfax, overseeing key customer experience metrics for India's leading hyperlocal delivery platform. Experience also includes program leadership at Facebook for Instagram’s creator initiatives, management consulting at Opera Solutions, and strategic roles in customer experience at Tripeur, a corporate travel management startup. Viraj holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from RV College of Engineering.
