John P. Hauptstueck

John P. Hauptstueck has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John P. is currently serving as the Senior Director of Franchise Operations at Jovie. In this role, they oversee crucial interactions between Support and Operations to ensure the delivery of essential data, tools, and systems to the field. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Franchise Support and Senior Manager of Operations at Jovie.

Before joining Jovie, John worked at United Franchise Group as the Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Data Protection Officer. John P. was responsible for crafting business systems and processes to increase franchisee sales and driving royalty growth for the franchisor.

John also has experience at Office Ventures Consulting and Rosa's Office Plus, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer and successfully strengthened the performance of B2B and retail clients. John P. has had diverse roles throughout their career, including positions such as VP of Technology and VP of Marketing and Technology at United Franchise Group, Director of eBusiness at is.group, President of US Operations at Vecta, and President at Superior Wireless.

Additionally, John has contributed to the industry as a member of the Board of Directors at Independent Stationers and as the Director of Special Services at ECi Software Solutions, where they developed and managed specialized teams to cater to larger clients' needs.

John P. Hauptstueck attended Centerville High School from 1972 to 1975, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians. After completing high school, they enrolled in the Connersville Area Vocational School from 1974 to 1975, earning an Associate's degree in Applied Electrical Science.
