Sabrina Miller

Sabrina Miller is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media management and public relations. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Officer at The Joyce Foundation since January 2022, Sabrina previously founded and led South Loop Media, LLC., a media management and consulting firm, from June 2005 to April 2023. Sabrina has held key roles such as Director of Communications/Press Secretary for both Get Covered Illinois and the Illinois Department of Public Health between 2009 and 2015. Additionally, Sabrina contributed to the Obama for America campaign in 2008 as Deputy Communications Director for African American Media, where strategic outreach and media management were pivotal. Sabrina holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1986 and 1992.
