Stephanie Breslow

Stephanie Breslow is a Partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where practice focuses on investment management law, advising prominent hedge and private equity fund managers on fund formation and regulatory compliance since 1994. In addition to their legal career, Stephanie serves on the Board of Visitors at Columbia Law School and is a Board Member of the Girl Scouts of Greater New York. Stephanie has been a Trustee and Treasurer of The Joyce Theater Foundation, Inc. since 2005, where efforts are dedicated to supporting dance and choreography. Stephanie holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA from Harvard University.
