JoyDev is a small engineering lab. We work with teams that carry critical systems and cannot afford the platform to fail.
We are called in when something inside the platform is slow, expensive, unreliable, or quietly bleeding money, and nobody on the team has time to find out why. We do the finding. We build the fix with the team, and we leave the guardrails behind so the same problem does not come back.
Our work lives where most teams do not want to look: default behaviors that cost too much, pipelines that drift, observability blind spots, reliability regressions, performance work that needs a second pair of eyes with twenty years of scars.
We do not take on commodity delivery. We do not staff seats. We do not ship features someone else already scoped. We take on the problems your team has been avoiding, and we only take the ones where a senior pair of hands actually changes the outcome.
