Currently, Arnold serves as a Partner and Tree Hugger at HeartwoodSF, while also being the Proprietor and Beekeeper at The Beehive SF and The Treasury SF. As the Founder and Chief Baking Officer of Raison d'etre Bakery and founder of Joyfull Bakery, Arnold specializes in producing high-quality baked goods. Arnold has also worked as a Restaurant Foodservice Consultant, leveraging expertise in product and menu development, and previously held significant culinary leadership roles, including VP Culinary Operations for E&O Asian Kitchen.
