Suso also led innovation initiatives, managed retail stores, implemented change management techniques, and forged strategic partnerships.

Suso's earliest known role was as the Managing Director of Lladro Australia from September 2000 to February 2003. Suso was tasked with turning around the operation to achieve profitability and successfully improved company profitability by driving operational efficiencies and introducing new sales and marketing tools.
