Sarah de la Torre, MD, FACOG, DipABLM has been working in the medical field since 2003. Sarah began their career as a Physician at North Seattle Women's Specialists and then moved on to become a Managing Partner and Partner Physician/Physician at Seattle OB/GYN Group. Sarah has also held the role of Assistant Chief in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Swedish Medical Center since 2013. In 2015, they became the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Advisory Board Member at Joylux, Inc, where they assisted in obtaining FDA clearance for vFit. In 2016, they established their own consulting business, SdlTConsult, and in 2017 they joined the Clinical Faculty at the University of Washington. Sarah also established First Hill Aesthetics in 2010 and served on the medical advisory board of Health123 from 2011 to 2015. Currently, they are a Medical Doctor at Seattle Reproductive Medicine.

Sarah de la Torre, MD, FACOG, DipABLM began their education journey at the University of Puget Sound, where they studied Liberal Arts in 1990. Sarah then moved to The University of New Mexico where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 1994. In 1999, they graduated from The University of New Mexico School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine (MD). Following this, they completed an OB/GYN internship and Residency at the University of Washington - School of Medicine in 2003.

In 2005, Sarah de la Torre, MD, FACOG, DipABLM became Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) and was granted a Medical License from the State of Washington. In 2010, they received a certification in Facial Aesthetics from Allergan, and in 2018 became a Member of the Institute of Functional Medicine. Most recently, in 2020 they were awarded a Diplomate from the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (ABLM).
