Fredric Reyelts

Fredric Reyelts, MD serves as the Founder of Joyn Health and Credential Committee Chair at TRINITY HEALTH-MICHIGAN. Fredric is also a member of the Medical Executive Committee in Grand Rapids. As a Family Medicine Physician and Medical Director for Innovation, Fredric leads the innovation team at Trinity Health Nation. Additionally, Fredric is an Associate Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine.
