Mofaz Shmuely

Mofaz Shmuely is a software developer currently employed at Joyned since April 2023. Mofaz has a background in sports coaching, serving as the national coach for the youth orienteering team with the Israel Sport Orienteering Association from August 2021 to July 2024, during which responsibilities included developing training rubrics and organizing competitions to enhance the team’s budget. Prior to this, Mofaz was the head of physical training at Gilboa Maayanot Basketball Club from August 2018 to July 2022, recognized for leading the academy to prominence in women's basketball through tailored training strategies and collaboration with various professionals. Mofaz served in the Israel Defense Forces' Egoz Unit, where skills in teamwork and resilience were cultivated during service from August 2012 to July 2015. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ruppin Academic Center and certifications in Sports Management and Strength and Conditioning from Wingate Institute, complemented by training at Israel Tech Challenge.
