Cathy Xu

Cathy Xu possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held significant leadership roles in notable organizations. At Joyson Safety Systems, Cathy served as Executive Consultant and then as Executive Vice President, Chief HR Officer from October 2022 to May 2025. Prior to this, Cathy was with Nexteer Automotive from January 2015 to June 2022, where positions included Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Director, Chief Human Resources Officer, and HR Director for the Asia Pacific Division. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Manager at Isola Group and Personnel Manager at Logitech. Cathy holds a Master’s degree in EMBA from Nanjing University, completed between January 2008 and January 2010.
