Daniel Gallardo

Daniel Gallardo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of PMO at Joyson Safety Systems since November 2020, Daniel has led initiatives to enhance the Project Management Function and launched a Global Standard Report in SharePoint. Previously, as a Senior Program Manager at Takata, improvements to project management processes were implemented, and a multi-disciplinary Project Management Workshop was co-led. Daniel's earlier roles include Senior Program Manager at PKC Group Plc and Program Manager at Takata - TK Holdings, where leadership in program coordination and stakeholder engagement were key responsibilities. Additionally, Daniel served as Launch Team Leader at Alcoa Fujikura during the launch of the new GM Pontiac Solstice. Daniel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
