Mani Swaminathan

Mani Swaminathan is an experienced professional in the automotive safety systems industry, currently serving as the Director of GM Programs at Joyson Safety Systems since July 2024. Prior to this role, Mani held the position of Head of Project Management, QA & Supply Chain at Spartan from August 2022 to June 2024. Mani's tenure at Joyson Safety Systems began in November 2013, where responsibilities included Director of Americas Quality for Integrated Safety Solutions and Director of Global Quality for Electronics after the acquisition of Takata by Key Safety Systems. Previous roles include Business Process Improvement Lead at Johnson Controls and Project Quality Manager at Continental, as well as Reliability Engineer at Visteon Corporation. Mani holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Annamalai University.
