Rich Coon

Rich Coon is an experienced Senior Program Manager currently with Joyson Safety Systems, where responsibilities include overseeing global cross-functional teams and managing programs related to air bags, seat belts, and steering wheels from concept to launch. Prior to this position since April 2018, Rich Coon worked at Takata Holdings Inc. in a similar role, also focusing on program management and customer satisfaction. Earlier career experiences include leadership and engineering roles at Allied Signal Safety Restraint Systems and Wickes Manufacturing Company. Rich Coon holds a Master of Science in Management from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Technology from Lawrence Technological University.
