Rubén Daniel Báez Muñiz

Rubén Daniel Báez Muñiz is currently serving as a Warranty Engineer for North America at Joyson Safety Systems, where responsibilities include managing warranty claims for GM, Ford, and Honda related to steering wheels, seatbelts, and airbag systems, as well as representing the Warranty Part Center at OEM sites. Prior experience includes a role as Engineering Quality Leader at SEGULA Technologies with a focus on project quality management for electrical harness and distribution, along with data analysis and presenting warranty trends to upper management at STELLANTIS NORTH AMERICA. Previous positions include Manufacturing Engineer at Topre America Corporation, where workflow reorganization was implemented through 5'S practices, and Process Quality Engineer at FRISA, responsible for quality tools management for aerospace and oil & gas component launches. Rubén earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed an Engineering Diploma in Manufacturing and Machining from AGH University of Krakow.
