Tara G. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tara started their career in 2000 as a Color Compliance Coordinator at Key Safety Systems, where they managed purchasing activities for steering wheel, airbag, shift knob, and seatbelt programs. Tara later became a Program Launch Specialist at the same company, acting as a liaison between procurement, engineering, and supply base. In 2003, they joined ZF Group as a New Product Introduction Manager, where they developed supply base strategies and worked on strategic component costing for hydraulic and electric steering systems. Tara then moved on to BBi Enterprises Group Inc. as a Senior Advanced Purchasing Buyer from 2005 to 2006. Tara then returned to ZF Group and took on roles such as Global Advanced Purchasing Manager for the Powertrain/Sealing & Bearings division and Acting Director Global Advanced Purchasing. In 2009, they joined Avon as a Commodity Manager for Color Cosmetics, where they managed a significant spend and achieved impressive results, including exceeding targets and improving key performance indicators. In 2012, Tara joined ZF Group again, this time as the Principal New Product Introduction Manager, before founding their own company, THARA SACRA, where they served as the Founder and Creative Director. Lastly, they worked at Joyson Safety Systems as the Director of Project Purchasing & Purchasing Excellence. Overall, Tara G. has demonstrated a strong background in purchasing, project management, and leadership roles across various industries throughout their career.

Tara G. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Communications, and Retail Management from Eastern Michigan University between 1994 and 1999. Tara then pursued an MBA from Walsh College from 2002 to 2004.
