Wenjin Zhang

Wenjin Zhang is an accomplished executive in supply chain management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director for the Americas region at Joyson Safety Systems since December 2019, Wenjin oversees overall supply chain management. Previous roles at Joyson include Senior Supply Chain Manager, managing a diverse team and fulfilling significant revenue targets, and Head of Lean for China, focusing on continuous improvement strategies for multiple plants. Prior to Joyson, Wenjin held various positions at Autoliv, including Logistics Manager, where demand fulfillment for numerous OEM customers was achieved, and APS Manager, emphasizing training and implementation of production systems. Earlier experience includes roles at Ingersoll Rand, Amsino International, and Aurora Office Furniture, with a strong foundation in lean methodologies and process optimization. Wenjin holds an MBA from Tongji University and a degree from Wenzhou University.
