Elijah McCoy is an engineer currently employed at JP Cullen since June 2023. Previously, Elijah served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The Henak Lab at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, working on diagnosing stress fractures in thoroughbred racehorses and assisting with MTS machine testing setups. Experience also includes positions as a TEAM Lab Technician, where Elijah instructed students in machining and fabrication, and as a Machine Automation/Design Intern at Abbott, focusing on inspection fixture design for medical devices. Elijah began the engineering journey with an internship at Campus Renovation Services, where skills in Autodesk Revit and HVAC systems were developed. Earlier work experience includes a role as a Fast Food Team Member at Steak n Shake. Elijah holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2023.
