Tyler Sears is a skilled professional with a diverse background in engineering, project management, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Engineer at JP Cullen since August 2022, Tyler also co-founded and acts as Race Director for Big Slo Running, Inc., an organization focused on promoting community fitness through trail and ultra-running events. Experience includes a role as Machinery Technician in the US Coast Guard, managing maintenance and repair operations for marine assets, and project management at Sullivan Design Build overseeing multi-million dollar construction projects. Previous positions include managing safety and facilities operations at Cupertino Electric, with a proven track record in budget control and safety program development, and marine technician duties at Delavan Lake Boat Shed. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Capella University.
