Tinny Hoffman

Tinny Hoffman majored in business administration during her years in school but has always had a knack for hospitality management. She moved to Tokyo where she enrolled in a Hotel Management Certificate Program at the Tokyo Institute of Tourism. The five years Tinny spent in Japan would pave the road for her career choice at JP Fuji Group.

She joined the Fuji team as a part-time server in 1998 when Fuji first opened. Drawing from her experience in service and management, Tinny volunteered her time assisting the 19-year-old founders with scheduling, billing, and general administrative tasks. At this time she was working full-time at the Sheraton Boston Hotel and Boston Park Plaza Hotel’s convention services, planning meetings as well as weddings.

In 2005 she started working full-time for JP Fuji Group as the Assistant General Manager and then was promoted to the General Manager position when B Café opened in 2007.

In 2016, Tinny became the Treasurer/Director of Management at the company as it continued to expand. Her organizational and leadership skills make her a great asset to JP Fuji Group’s executive team.
