Manoj Sand

Manoj Sand has extensive work experience in finance and strategy roles. Manoj is currently the Head of Finance & Strategy at JP Infra (Mumbai) Pvt.Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Finance at Sheth Developers Pvt Ltd from 2017 to 2023. From 2009 to 2017, Manoj held the position of DGM Finance at Nirmal lifestyle Ltd, Real Estate, where they were responsible for various financial activities such as deal origination, structuring, negotiation, and compliance. Before that, they worked at Austral Coke & Projects Ltd as a finance professional, focusing on debt and equity financing, compliance, and capital issues. Manoj started their career as an Assistant Manager at ICICI Bank, where they gained experience in credit assessment and risk analysis. Manoj also served as an Audit Manager at Chaturvedi & Shah. Manoj has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, fund management, compliance, and relationship management throughout their career.

Manoj Sand has a diverse education history. Manoj started their academic journey at MDS University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1999. Manoj then pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree from an unspecified institution and completed it in 2001. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2004, they attended ICAI and obtained the designation of Chartered Accountant, specializing in Finance, Accounts, and Audit. After a gap, they enrolled in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and completed their CS degree between 2012 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Manoj also holds certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Unlocked and is recognized as a finisher of the 2015 TCS New York City Marathon by the New York Road Runners organization.
