Tim Raijmakers

Tim Raijmakers is a professional in the field of architecture and project development, currently serving as a Werkorganisator at JP van Eesteren for the Hartwig Museum project in Amsterdam since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at TBI as a Concept Developer and Project Developer, contributing to the redevelopment of the old Zeepfabriek in Nieuwegein. Tim began a career in construction as a Werkvoorbereider and later as an Uitvoerder at Koopmans Bouw, establishing a quality management system to enhance building quality and processes. Tim also engaged in R&D at TBI WOONlab, focusing on the standardization of installation systems in concept homes. Additional experience includes serving as a General Support Employee at De NatuurApotheek B.V. and as Treasurer during the Delft Student Introduction Week, organizing events for 3,000 students amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Tim holds a Master of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and the Built Environment from Delft University of Technology.
