JP van Eesteren
Tim Raijmakers is a professional in the field of architecture and project development, currently serving as a Werkorganisator at JP van Eesteren for the Hartwig Museum project in Amsterdam since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at TBI as a Concept Developer and Project Developer, contributing to the redevelopment of the old Zeepfabriek in Nieuwegein. Tim began a career in construction as a Werkvoorbereider and later as an Uitvoerder at Koopmans Bouw, establishing a quality management system to enhance building quality and processes.
