David J. Deutsch

David J. Deutsch is an experienced realtor with a strong background in real estate and finance. Currently, David serves as a realtor at JPAR® - Modern Real Estate since September 2022 and has been a licensed realtor at HomeSmart since October 2019. David’s previous roles include residential realtor positions at Uptown Realty Group and Cherry Creek Properties, LLC, contributing to expertise in the Greater Metro Denver area, including its western suburbs and Northern Colorado. Prior to a successful real estate career, David worked as a senior loan officer at Paramount Home Loans and held loan officer positions at Diversified Mortgage.
