Manuel Silva Jr., MSM, currently serves as a Realtor at JPAR - Real Estate since November 2023. Manuel's military career with the United States Air Force spanned nearly three decades, holding various leadership positions such as Senior Enlisted Leader, Squadron Superintendent, and Group First Sergeant, where responsibilities included managing personnel, operations, and logistics. Manuel holds a Master of Science in Management/Leadership from Troy University, a Bachelor of Science in Management from Park University, and several associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Human Resources Management and Logistics.
