Joseph Pobiner

Joseph Pobiner, FAICP, CNU-A, serves as the Managing Director at JPC International since 2024, advising public and private sector clients and providing development investment guidance to a confidential private equity firm. Previously, Pobiner held the position of Vice President and Mixed-Use Market Leader at NELSON Worldwide (2023-2024), overseeing diverse design teams across multiple U.S. and international offices. With extensive experience as a Principal at Perkins Eastman (2020-2022), a Senior Associate at Stantec (2019-2020), and a Regional Practice Leader at Gensler (2014-2019), Pobiner has consistently managed multidisciplinary teams in urban design and planning. Early career roles included leadership at JPC International (2012-2014), Atkins Global (2012), and HKS (2001-2011), showcasing a deep expertise in urban design, planning, and business development. Pobiner earned a Master's Degree in Urban Design & Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law & Real Estate from The Ohio State University.
