Early career experience includes a management position at Dress Barn, focused on sales and customer service. Clare holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and multiple associate degrees and a certificate from Anne Arundel Community College in fields including Forensic Science, Pre-Medical Studies, Biology, and Law.
