Eliana Pinilla-Ryhal

Eliana Pinilla-Ryhal is an experienced leader in the food industry, currently serving as the Director for The Common Market, where a local food social enterprise and community development initiative is being led. In addition to this role, Eliana contributes as a Board Member for Marbleseed and a Mentor in the Good Food Accelerator's G2M Program. Previous experience includes significant positions at RXBAR, Kellogg Company, and Tate & Lyle, where Eliana focused on product innovation, research, and technical service. Eliana holds a Master of Science in Cereal Quality from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Purdue University.
