Jeff Grogg

Jeff Grogg has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Jeff started their career in 2009 as the Managing Director of JPG Resources, a consulting and business development group specializing in strategy, innovation, and operations for the food and beverage sector. In 2016, they became the President of Snackwerks, a bakery contract manufacturing facility focused on delivering high-quality and innovative snack products. Jeff is also a founding board member of Naturally New York, a co-founder/GP of RCV Frontline, and serves as a board member for King Arthur Baking Company and This Saves Lives. Jeff is involved in various advisory roles, including being a member of the business advisory board for the Salvation Army and participating in the Industry Executive Forum of the Cereals & Grains Association. Additionally, Jeff is the co-founder of Cask & Kettle, a company that produces bar-quality Irish Coffee and Spiked Apple Cider. Jeff also served as the principal of Battle Creek Ingredients Group until February 2022. Overall, Jeff Grogg has a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with expertise in strategy, innovation, and business development.

Jeff Grogg earned their Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Purdue University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
