Jeff Grogg

Jeff Grogg has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Jeff started their career in 2009 as the Managing Director of JPG Resources, a consulting and business development group specializing in strategy, innovation, and operations for the food and beverage sector. In 2016, they became the President of Snackwerks, a bakery contract manufacturing facility focused on delivering high-quality and innovative snack products. Jeff is also a founding board member of Naturally New York, a co-founder/GP of RCV Frontline, and serves as a board member for King Arthur Baking Company and This Saves Lives. Jeff is involved in various advisory roles, including being a member of the business advisory board for the Salvation Army and participating in the Industry Executive Forum of the Cereals & Grains Association. Additionally, Jeff is the co-founder of Cask & Kettle, a company that produces bar-quality Irish Coffee and Spiked Apple Cider. Jeff also served as the principal of Battle Creek Ingredients Group until February 2022.
