Aaron Douthit

Aaron serves as JPI’s Vice President of Development. Aaron is responsible for leading the region’s business strategy to maximize asset value and achieve the highest risk-adjusted returns for the investors. Aaron oversees the development process for all communities within the region and during his time at JPI has lead and/or supported the execution of over $1.1B in capital transactions. Aaron has 5 years of JPI experience beginning his career in JPI’s Dallas office as a member of the Corporate FP&A team before relocating to the Western Region’s San Diego office in 2017 to focus on investment and asset management of the Western Region Portfolio..

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from Midwestern State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team. Aaron has also passed both the Level 1 and Level II CFA Exams.
