Jurgen Deraj

Jurgen Deraj is an accomplished Assistant Superintendent currently at JPI since July 2024, with a strong background in real estate as a Realtor at OnDemand Realty since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Jurgen held Assistant Superintendent positions at Ridgemont Commercial Construction from April 2022 to July 2024 and Wise Construction from September 2020 to March 2022, overseeing operations and ensuring quality control in various construction projects. Jurgen began a career in construction as a project engineer intern at Erjuma Group Sh.P.K, contributing to the development of a hotel/apartment project. Earlier experience includes managing Verona's Italian Restaurant from March 2007 to January 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of North Texas and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from North Central Texas College.
