Kim Swetich

Kim Swetich has extensive experience in preconstruction and estimating within the multifamily residential sector. Currently serving as Director of Preconstruction Services and Director of Preconstruction at Trammel Crow Residential Services and Trammell Crow Residential respectively since February 2017 and January 2017, Kim has previously held the position of Chief Estimator at JPI Companies since December 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Preconstruction at Lennar Multifamily from December 2012 to November 2014 and Chief Estimator at C.F. Jordan, L.P. from January 2008 to June 2011. Kim's earlier career includes various Chief Estimator roles at JPI from 2000 to 2008. Kim Swetich holds a degree from Michigan Technological University.
