Alan Kong

Alan Kong is an experienced executive in the field of cybersecurity and identity management, currently serving as Executive Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since March 2011. In this role, Alan focuses on delivering a leading authentication platform while enhancing user experience and addressing various business needs. Additionally, Alan has led initiatives in Privileged Access Management and served in roles focused on client portal management within Treasury Services. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Alan was SVP of Managed Services Technology Infrastructure & Operations at Fundtech and held the position of Vice President in Managed Services. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from The City University of New York.
