Alfred Lai

Alfred Lai is an experienced finance professional with a focus on credit risk management and commercial real estate banking. Most recently, Alfred held the position of Vice President Credit Risk Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from July 2023 to January 2024, where Alfred also served as Team Lead and CRE Senior Credit Analyst. Prior to this role, Alfred was a Team Lead and Senior Credit Analyst at First Republic from September 2020 to July 2023, as well as a Senior Loan Specialist. Earlier in the career, Alfred worked at Opus Bank as a Senior Associate in Commercial Real Estate Banking from September 2015 to June 2020. Alfred earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, following attendance at UC Santa Barbara.
