Arturo Saracho is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Leader of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since February 2021. Their expertise encompasses innovation through the adoption of new technologies, as well as problem-solving to meet organizational challenges. Previously, Arturo held key roles at Koupon, where as Director of Engineering Productivity, Arturo established a team responsible for Software Quality Assurance and DevOps, achieving over 90% test automation. Earlier positions include consultant roles at ARINC Technologies, leading embedded software projects at PACCAR and Siemens Healthcare, and developing automotive embedded systems at Siemens.
