Carolina Jannicelli

Carolina Jannicelli is the Head of Community Impact and Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., responsible for leading the firm's $30 billion racial equity commitment to address the racial wealth gap. With a career at J.P. Morgan spanning from 1996, Carolina has held various leadership roles, including Head of the Law Firm and Professional Services Group and Global Head of Analyst and Associate Acquisition and Development. Carolina's extensive experience includes managing Private Wealth Management in Latin America and overseeing marketing strategy for the Private Bank. Carolina holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Investments from Babson College and a Master of Science in History of Art and Design from Pratt Institute.
